Sittings

Ways to sit with the journal

Every offer here is a form of technical analysis training through the book you already keep. We review session notes, mark-up, and the habits that follow the London cash close. We do not sell a watchlist.

Flagship sitting

Post-session journal review

A ninety-minute sitting after the London cash close. We read your last sessions in the order they happened, mark the places you rewrote the story, and leave you with one constraint for the next open.

Open paper planner with dated pages and a pencil

Weekly sittings

Four-week review habit block

Four consecutive weekly sittings so the review actually happens when the week is ugly. Midweek you send a half-page note; we reply once, in writing, before the next close.

Marking the session: small-room workshop

A Saturday morning in a room of six. You bring two marked sessions. We practise reading notes aloud, reconstructing one decision, and writing a single-line constraint before lunch.

£95 per place · Half day, 09:30–13:00

Printed pages and a pen prepared for written comments

No sitting

Written journal audit

Send two weeks of session notes and chart mark-up. They come back annotated in the margins: skipped reviews, stop edits, and places the close was written to match the P&L.
