Weekly sittings

Four-week review habit block

Four consecutive weekly sittings so the review actually happens when the week is ugly. Midweek you send a half-page note; we reply once, in writing, before the next close.

Why a block instead of a single sitting

A one-off review can feel useful on the Thursday it happens and vanish by the following Tuesday. The four-week block is for traders who already know that about themselves. We meet the same weekday, after the London cash close, four times. Between sittings you send a half-page midweek note — not a novel — and Callum answers once, in writing, before the next close.

The work is still technical analysis training through the journal. Over four weeks the faults tend to repeat in daylight: the late add-on, the Friday skip, the stop that migrates after 15:40. Naming them once is cheap. Naming them in week three, when you are bored of hearing it, is the actual habit.

Who it suits

Part-time and full-time discretionary traders who can protect the same slot each week. If your hours jump between the cash session and New York with no pattern, start with a single sitting and see whether a block would be honest.

How the month is paced

  1. Week one: read the prior fortnight and write the first constraint.
  2. Week two: test whether the constraint survived the open; inspect the first skip.
  3. Week three: reconstruct the ugliest session without looking at P&L until the end.
  4. Week four: cut the review to a time you can keep without Callum in the room.

Fee and next step

£640 for the block, paid before the first sitting. Missed sittings are covered on the refunds page — in short, notice matters, and a no-show still occupies the hour. Write with your weekday after 16:35 and a sample of last week’s notes.
