What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, chosen sitting, preferred weekday, how you keep the journal, and the message you write. From email and post: whatever you choose to send, which may include session notes, screenshots, and a return address. From the telephone: the number you use to call 07076224195. We do not ask for account numbers, passwords, dates of birth, or health information, and you should not send them.
Server logs on whatever host serves this static site may include IP address and browser type for a short period. Consent preferences are stored on your device under the key storageMapcore_cookieConsent, as described in the cookies notice.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, agree a time, and take payment details off this site. We use journal pages solely to prepare and deliver the sitting, workshop, block, or written audit you asked for. The legal bases are steps toward a contract (or taking those steps at your request) and, for site security logs, legitimate interests in keeping the brochure available. Marketing emails are not sent unless you have asked for workshop dates in writing.
Retention
Enquiry mail is kept for two years after the last sitting, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no legal need to keep a record of the booking. Journal files used for a sitting are kept only long enough to write the summary and handle any refund question — normally thirty days after the last related sitting — then deleted or returned. Paper packs posted to Harbourneford are posted back or securely destroyed once the audit is complete, unless you ask us to keep them for a named further sitting.
Sharing
We do not sell your notes. We may share contact details with an accountant or a solicitor if a dispute or tax record requires it, and with a host or email provider who processes mail on our instructions. Workshop rooms are hired without circulating your journal. We will not discuss your book with another trader.
International transfers
If email or file transfer carries your notes outside the United Kingdom, we use providers that offer an appropriate safeguard such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, or we send paper inside the UK. Image files displayed on this public site are stock photographs, not client journals.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may ask for data you provided to be passed to you in a reusable form. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis (for example, optional workshop date lists). These rights are not absolute. To use them, write to info@storage-mapcore.digital. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
Sittings are for adult traders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
