Eligibility
A refund is available when Storage Mapcore cancels, when you cancel with enough notice, or when a written audit cannot start because the pack is empty in the sense described below. Fees already earned for hours that ran are not returned.
Timeframe and notice
For a single journal review sitting, write at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start to cancel or to move the hour once. The fee is then held as a credit for three months or returned in full if you prefer. Notice inside forty-eight hours, or a no-show, uses the hour; the fee is not returned. A sitting that starts late because you joined late still ends on time and is treated as delivered.
For the four-week block, you may cancel before the first sitting with seven days’ notice for a full refund. After the first sitting, unused remaining sittings can be refunded minus £180 for each sitting already delivered and minus any midweek replies already sent in that week. The block is not transferable to another trader.
Workshops
A workshop place can be cancelled for a full refund up to seven days before the Saturday. Inside seven days we will try to fill the chair from the waiting names; if we cannot, the £95 is kept because the room was held. If Storage Mapcore cancels the room, every paid place is refunded in full. There is no deposit separate from the place fee.
Written audit
If you withdraw the pack before Callum has started reading, the £120 is returned. Once reading has started, the fee is earned even if you later decide you do not want the annotations. If the pack cannot be reviewed — undated screenshots with no session times and no accompanying note — we stop, tell you, and refund in full because the work could not start. Purchased stationery on your side is your own cost; we do not sell materials.
Rescheduling
One move of a sitting with forty-eight hours’ notice is included. A second move in the same booking is treated as a cancellation of that hour. Illness on the day: write when you can; we will offer one new time inside a month without treating it as a no-show, provided it is not a repeated pattern.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, within ten working days of agreement in writing that a refund is due. We do not send cash in the post. Work already started
Advance reading of notes, a sitting that has begun, a midweek reply already sent, or annotations already written are work already started. Those portions are not refundable. Summaries still owed for a sitting that ran will still be sent.
Exceptions
If Callum is unwell or the connection on our side fails, we offer a new time or a full refund for that hour, at your choice. Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom are not limited by this page where they apply to you as a consumer of a training sitting.
